When
a network supplies a mobile phone they often choose to lock
the handset to SIM cards from their network, preventing the
handset from being used on other networks. When we unlock
handsets we remove this restriction, it is perfectly legal
and does not effect the operation of the handset in any way.
We
do not remove network bars on handsets or unlock phones that
have been registered as lost or stolen, if you are looking
for this service look elsewhere. If you do send us a blocked
phone, the charge is £8.00 to return it to you, which
must be paid within 48 hours of us notifying you, by email.
IMPORTANT
- If you are sending a phone to us to be unlocked or debranded,
please back up any important information first, as the phone
may be reset to factory defaults. We will not be held responsible
for any lost information.
