How do I know if I will get the discount
o You must have completed your first 11 months of your agreement with T-Mobile for 12 Month Time Plans or 17 Months if you have an 18 Month Time Plan.
o You must have not upgraded your phone within the last 11 months 11 months of your agreement with T-Mobile for 12 Month Time Plans or 17 Months if you have an 18 Month Time Plan.
o Upgrades are applicable to pay monthly contract customers only.
o Some low spend customers may not be eligible for an upgrade whilst others may be offered an upgrade with an additional premium.This is at T-Mobile's discretion.
o T-Mobile upgrades are subject a new 12/18 month agreement.
